TPAFF hosts documentary films from Toronto’s Black Film world, whose films center around African Liberation, Spirituality, Black displacement, and exploitation. TPAFF centers and anchors Toronto-based Black filmmakers and offers another exciting platform for black filmmakers to connect with a captivating Toronto-based audience. TPAFF helps to continue celebrating Black people's accomplishments, through film, during the month of Emancipation.
